A family run business since 2015, LP StratiCo was centered as a successful residential renovation and construction company before expanding into an insurance division in 2018. This division has developed a reputation as one of the fastest growing building insurance companies. We have since become a trusted partner with proven capabilities for large losses and delivering across a comprehensive portfolio.

Your insurer has requested that we collect the excess on their behalf prior to any works commencing. This is a standard procudure and can be confimred with your insurer.

The scope of works emailed to you by LP StratiCo outlines the sequrence of works which is to be included as part of your approved claim. You are required to review, sign and retrun the scope of works to LP StratiCo

Once we have received a determination from your insurerer we will then forward you a scope of works and excess invoice. Once this has been paid you will be contacted by one of our Project Managers.

It is the responsibility of the policy holder to ensure that any impacting maintenace work is complete prior to any rectification to avoid a reoccurance of damage to the repair work.

Please contact LP StratiCo on (02) 9556 2434 to discuss the additional damages as soon as possible and we will arrange a reattendance to inspect and conclude a determination.

You will be designated a LP StratiCo Project Manager who will be your direct point of contact and will manage the repair with our onboarded prequalifies panel of subcontractors.
