Beginning as a carpenter before moving into top-tier project management, Phillip leads complex insurance restoration, remedial construction and high-end residential work with a focus on precision, problem solving and technically difficult delivery.
Lina Strati
Client Relationships
Lina began with Volkswagen in customer fleet management and national partnership support. She brings that service and relationship experience to LP, supporting communication and client handling across the business.
Kristian Kontakos
Operations
Kristian holds a Bachelor of Construction Project Management with First Class Honours from UTS. After beginning at Growthbuilt as a Site Engineer, he now leads LP operations, systems, technical and commercial coordination.
